Static Background container

This container adds an image as background, but differently from the “Full-width background image” container, it is static. This means that the image doesn’t move while scrolling.

The image can work on its own, but the container also allows you to add a title, text, button link and attach a PDF if you want.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1. Add your container

static_01Click on “add new container” on your page, and select the “Static Background” like in the image above.


 

2. Add title and text (optional)

static_02In case there should be a title and text over the image, go to the “Text” tab and add those elements. You can align the elements to the left, right or center, and choose the colors. If you select the option “white”, the text and links will be white, on a semitransparent dark background. For Black, the fonts will be black on a semitransparent white background:

3. Add the image (mandatory)

static_05Go to the “Backgorund image” tab and click on “select image”. You can pick one from the CMS using the search field, or adding your own from your computer.


 

4. Add a button (optional)

static_06In case you want a button showin up as well, select the “Button” tab and enter the Link /URL for the link. You can also use the Internal link picker in case it points to a page in the same CMS. On Description, enter the text for the link, and under Target you can choose where the link should be opened.


 

5. Add a Download (optional)

static_07You can attach a PDF file (or any other uploaded file) to the container. A link to the file will be shown under the other elements. You can add your file just like it works with the images, choosing from the CMS or uploading from your computer.
